That looks like an extension from the Chrome web store. You should be able to block the installation using Intune settings catalog. Just search for Google Chrome extensions and use * to block all.

Hi all,
Is it possible to stop users downloading app versions of sites ie youtube on chrome?

2024-06-06T02:57:32.1766667+00:00 @Aran Billen, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the YouTube extension id, based on my researching, it seems to be "blpcfgokakmgnkcojhhkbfbldkacnbeo". You can enter it under value in your profile <enabled/> <data id="ExtensionInstallBlacklistDesc" value="blpcfgokakmgnkcojhhkbfbldkacnbeo"/>
However, if it is still not working, try to deploy via administrative template to see if it can work. here is a link with detailed steps for your reference:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.
Hope the above information can help.
