Upgrade Teams to Teams v2 on a Terminal Server

Hi All,

There is a terminal server with Teams.

In Programs and features I see it as Teams Machine-Wide Installer.

Recently users got a noticed that old Teams version will stop working from the 1st July.

Now I need to upgrade it but not clear how to do that.

Tried to install Teams_windows_x64.msi but it installs old Teams version.

Downloaded MSTeams-x64.msix - Windows Server 2019 doesn't recognize .msix extension.

Please help to upgrade Teams.

    You could use the teamsbootstrapper.exe -p command to guarantees the latest new Teams client is installed. A phased and controlled rollout can then be achieved by selectively expanding the new computer catalogue/delivery group assignments to more users. For more detils about its steps, please refer to:
