Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Program!

Log in to your Learn profile and choose Profile.
2. Go to Credentials in the profile menu and select Certifications.
3. Scroll to the exam appointment choose the “Reschedule” link.

** Make sure, that you can "Cancel " or "Reschedule" the exam at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam **

some how under certifications the upcoming exam schedule is not showing up , it seems two MCID's were assigned to my account , when I booked , it fallen into other MCID account but when I login with that user it is saying that you already have an account with this user, could you please correct that or point me to correct direction where I should I put this query for correction.

Hi Vasantha Gudi,

Which account are you currently using? personal or an organization account?

Can you see the section with the scheduled date and time? in which you can see the scheduled time.

Share some screenshots. (Hide Personal details).
