OneDrive Sync MacOS

Question

I Have deployed a configuration profile on mac and setup the policies below. However for some reason its not forcing the files from desktop and mydocuments to go on Onedrive

Automatic upload bandwidth percentage

Succeeded

Automatically and silently enable the Folder Backup feature (Known Folder Move)

Succeeded

Display a notification to users once their folders have been redirected

Succeeded

Enable Files On-Demand

Succeeded

Force users to use the Folder Backup feature (Known Folder Move)

Succeeded

Include ~/Desktop in Folder Backup (Known Folder Move)

Succeeded

Include ~/Documents in Folder Backup (Known Folder Move)

From your description, I know that the policy is deployed successfully, but it seems not work. Please understand that intune just deploy policies and what it works is based on app itself. Given this situation, it is needed to check some logs based on your environment. With Q&A limitation, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to get more help. Here is the support link:
