Unable to access the Lab Environment in the learning content

I have been trying to access the virtual lab environment to navigate and use Microsoft 365 but there seems to be some issue. I keep getting the error "We're sorry. The lab environment needed to complete the exercises in this unit is temporarily unavailable.". Is there an alternate way of accessing this environment for learning and completing modules?
