For an unknown reason, our SSPR does not work anymore, with the above message.

Entra Connect Sync is up to date (no cloud sync),

Pwd Hash Sync is working,

Pwd writeback is configured.

Already read many articles about permissions for the account MSOL and other configurations...

I do not know what else should I check!

Please help!

    Issue:

For an unknown reason, your SSPR does not working, with the error message "SSPR_0030: Your on-premises environment is experiencing a poor network connection."

    Solution:

On the 'Password Reset' configuration (on entra portal), the PWD write back was still configured to use the cloud sync agent whereas we uninstalled this agent from our servers. We had to uncheck this in order to make write back work again.

If you have any other questions or are still running into more issues, please let me know. Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.

Please remember to "Accept Answer" if any answer/reply helped, so that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution.
