Materialized views are not created - not found. status of "Enqueued"

I'm attempting to create a materialized view, the PUT returns a status of "Enqueued" but even after a while the view is not generated, the Get is returning not found.
Followed the instructions from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/nosql/materialized-views?tabs=azure-portal
See attached definition file.
Is there somewhere I can view the logs of the process to view the error?

After making the rest call to create the MV, you would get the enqueued status only. You can either go to the portal to check if the MV got created or you can use the rest call below:
az rest \ --method GET \ --uri "https://management.azure.com$accountId/sqlDatabases/";\ "$databaseName/containers/$materializedViewName?api-version=2022-11-15-preview" \ --headers content-type=application/json \ --query "{mvCreateStatus: properties.Status}"
Please do also note that Materialized views can’t be created on a container that existed before support for materialized views was enabled on the account. To use materialized views, you need to create a new container after the feature is enabled. Please do also check the current limitations of materialized view in Azure Cosmos DB NOSQL API. Azure Cosmos DB provides advanced logging for detailed troubleshooting. By enabling full-text query, you’re able to view queries for all requests within your Azure Cosmos DB account. This might help you identify the error causing the issue. Monitor Azure Cosmos DB data by using diagnostic settings in Azure.

2024-06-13T17:34:13.9633333+00:00 So the Get is returning not found. I've also tried on a brand new source collection.
Which table should the logs for this be in? CDBControlPlaneRequestsRun?
