Hello JulieMardersdw214, The Microsoft Teams Exploratory experience is valid for 12 months. After that, you need to purchase a paid license.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

If your Teams Exploratory license ends, you should move from the Teams Exploratory license to a paid Teams license to continue using the service. If the Teams Exploratory license ends and the user is not immediately moved to a subscription that includes Teams, you will lose access to Teams after a 30-day grace period. After another 30 days, the data will be deleted.

After assigning a new license to the user to enable Teams functionality again, all content will still be there if the user was added within the grace period timeframe. Please refer to the following link: Manage the Microsoft Teams Exploratory experience - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn

    Best Regards,
