I'm trying to add Document Automation in Ai Builder, but it says "Document automation isn’t available in your region. Contact your admin or create a new environment"

Hello,

We are trying to use the Document Automation in Power Automate, however get a red error message stating: "Document automation isn’t available in your region. Contact your admin or create a new environment". We are in the Europe Region for the Power Platform, is is true that this is blocked? I can't find any information online about this.

Rakesh,

I've tried multiple different environments, all based in Europe, and get the same error on all of them. I'm a System Administrator on all of these environments, but nothing works.

Was your test performed on a PP Environment based in Europe?

I followed this all through, set the permissions on the "System Customizer" role and still get the error: "Document automation isn’t available in your region. Contact your admin or create a new environment.".

I've tried with 3 other environments now (all in Europe) and the same message appears on all, regardless of my permission level.

I'm not sure what else to try. My user is also a System Administrator on 2 of these environments and I have no ability to do anything with Document Automation, I never get past this error.
