Currently, the truncate option is not supported in OneLake and Data Warehouse.

OneLake:

Microsoft OneLake does not support the truncate option directly. Instead, you can delete, purge, or truncate data in OneLake using other methods. For example, you can use notebooks to truncate data in Lakehouse tables in Fabric. Additionally, you can load data into a staging table, perform transformations on the data in staging, and then insert the data into a production table, effectively truncating the data in the production table.

Data Warehouse:

Fabric Warehouse does not currently support the "TRUNCATE" statement for tables. This is a common limitation mentioned in the documentation. You can achieve a similar outcome using a "DELETE" statement.
