Unable to deploy Bing search resource in current subscription

Hi everyone, I am trying to deploy Bing Search resource in my subscription. However, I keep receiving an error telling me that "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription". I have checked that the Microsoft.Bing provider is registered in my subscription. I still receive the following error message every time.
I am unable to raise a support request since the subscription does not have technical support plan (it is provided by my company). I am trying yo find a solution to unblock the subscription so that we can continue to perform our work. I have provided the subscription details below. Any help to solve this problem is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Firstly, please confirm if your subscription is active and you can create other resources in Azure ?
