server 2019 Wont boot, lots of issdues

Question

I have a server 2019 that I'm trying to recover. Server will not boot.

from a wiind dvd i can boot and get to command prompt.

i'm running dism with /image:c: /source:wim:x:\sources\install.wim:2 /cleanup-image /restore heath.

How do I get the right image?

According to the logs, it seems the system files has been corrupted.

1. Pay attention to the corrupted file version.

For example:

amd64_microsoft-windows-miracast-receiver-api_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17763**.1697**_none_56174975ea9e203d

Check the following link for the corresponding update KB number. Try to download the corresponding KB number then try to install the package manyally with dism command.

For example:

Dism /Image:C:\test\offline /LogPath:AddPackage.log /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\packages\package.msu

2. Or try to look for the corrupted files from a known good machine then replace them. Or use another machine C:\Windows\winsxs folder as the source (just copy the whole folder)

Make a backup before we made any modifacations.
