Teams and Outlook are not working after Hyper OS 1.0.3 upgarde on Xiaomi phone. Also intune app setup fails with couldnt add your phone error msg.

Teams and Outlook app on phone are not working properly. Both do no sync nor show any notification. This has happened only after the OS upgrade to Hyper OS 1.0.3 from Xiaomi. In order to get the new msgs or emails, i have to manually open the app and refresh after which everything gets loaded.

Secondly, the intune company portal also fails to complete the setup. After going through all the steps, it fails finally with an error message saying "Couldn't add your device. Your company support has not authorized this device for management. Contact your company support for help"

    @Yusuf ZAINEE, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I notice you have two issues after upgrading OS on Xiaomi.

    For the first issue with Outlook and Teams, you can contact their support to look into the issue.

    For the second issue, it seems you are enrolling with Android device with error. Could you confirm which enrollment method we use, personally owned with work profile or Android device administrator method?

    Meanwhile, please check if the device model is in the Android Enterprise support list.

    In addition, you can try the following suggestion to see if the issue can be fixed.

    1. Please check device platform restrictions for Android device to see fi personal or any other is restricted which block our enrollment.
    2. Please ensure the user to sign company portal has Microsoft Intune Plan 1 license assigned.
