Unfortunately we have the same problem, however, we are using FortiEDR. What we noticed is that this slowness only appears on the first execution as long as the program is finished correctly. If it is forced to close, it will continue to be slow.
Microsoft Intune PC's Running Slow
Hello,
We have noticed over the last weeks that computers, deployed with autopilot running really slow after the installation. The application deployment is working fine, however login with a user and startings apps or exploer it takes nearly 1 to 2 minutes for the loading screen to open. or they freeze for some time if you open the menu. There is just basic software installed like office or a few other third party apps.
Some background, we are running a third party anti-virus (Sophos Central) we are bitlocker encrypting the devices, we are running decently powerful machines with 16-32GB of RAM, an SSD etc. These machines should not be running this slow to open applications. Task manager show just up to 40% cpu or memory after starting some apps.
Anyon familiar with this issue ?
Thanks

Honestly, I haven't met this issue. What I think of this issue is:
1.The device is older OS.
2.The device onboarded into Defender. If there is a scan policy, it will cause the high CPU.
3.Internet speeds
If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
