Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue in Outlook where hovering my mouse over the location inside a meeting event freezes my entire application. The only way to regain responsiveness is to end the task through Task Manager. This occurs with both New Outlook for Windows on Windows 11 Pro Edition and Outlook for the web. Any suggestions for a solution would be appreciated.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the freezing problem:

    1. Make sure you have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
    2. Investigate possible issues caused by add-ins. Press the Windows logo key + R to open a Run dialog box. Enter Outlook /safe, choose a profile if prompted, and then select OK.
    3. Repair Office. Type Control Panel in the search box at the bottom of the Windows screen.>>Select Uninstall a program from the Programs group.>>In the list of installed programs, right-click the entry for your Microsoft 365 installation and then select Change > Online Repair.
    4. If the above methods still don't help, please create a new Outlook profile. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-an-outlook-profile-f544c1ba-3352-4b3b-be0b-8d42a540459d.
