Could not cancel Upcoming exam appointments

When i try to cancel or reschedule one upcoming exam appointments, it shows We did not find an appointment for you. Or there might be an issue with your appointment. Please contact support.

Due to this, i could not cancel or reschedule it. Do someone know how could i resolve it?
