Hi,
I am unable to install Visual Studio Professional 2017, on the download page it is not available. I will have access to a license key available for after I am able to download it.

If you have a valid subscription(paid level), then VS 2017 Professional is available here: Downloads.
Please note, "Visual Studio Dev Essentials" subscription is not a valid subscription in this situation.
If the license/subscription is managed by your administrator, try to communicate with your administrator. If you have a valid license key but doesn’t have a valid subscription, please kindly try to contact Visual Studio Subscription team(scroll down > choose a correct option for example "Account, Subscription and Billing Support" > select country/region) for better help.

Access to older versions of visual studio, a visual studio subscription is required. You login to https://my.visualstudio.com/ and select downloads.
The point of the OP is that when already logged in, and after selecting download, 2017 still provides no mechanism to download.
If you want to download, you instead have to find a hidden page with a direct link to the online installer:
https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vs_enterprise.exe
https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vs_professional.exe
But there is no way to get to those pages through the Microsoft screens.
Even logged in, with licenses already existing and confirmed on same logged in user.
