How to make Microsoft Teams app available to certain organizations only, as a ISV

I am building a Microsoft Teams plugin, which will only allow users who have paid for the app (payment is not done through Microsoft AppSource or Teams store, but on our own platform) to access and use the app. How do I set permissions or the availability?

Do you want to make the app available to only set of users who made the payment within an organization? If you want to make the available to only set of users, then you can use app setup policies in the Microsoft Teams admin center. You can create a custom app permission policy that specifies which apps are allowed or blocked within your organization. You can then assign this policy to users or groups within the organizations that have paid for your app.
