    Hi @MK ,

After migration unable to connect to Outlook.

Are there any error messages when this issue occurs? If so, please try to provide me with the specific error message for further research.

Unable to create new outlook profile as well.

Do you mean that you have trouble with creating new outlook profile? Or the configuration issue will still continues after creating a new outlook profile?

I did some research and found some information which might be related to your issue. According to the document, issues like this may occur when the name of the pre-migration Autodiscover server is cached in your Outlook profile in the registry. So, it is suggested to try ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl to prevent Outlook from using the last known good AutoDiscover URL and see if this issue could be resolved.

Please try to configure one of the following registry subkeys as follows:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Autodiscover
    DWORD: ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl
    Value: 1

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Autodiscover
    DWORD: ExcludeLastKnownGoodUrl
    Value: 1

(Note: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)

For more information, please check this document: After migration to Office 365, Outlook doesn't connect or web services don't work.

    Hope this can be helpful.
