I have created a security baseline profile using the recommended settings (they are all defaults). When I assign the profile, Audit policies shows "error" status. I try to remove the assignment and recreate another profile and reassign but it still give me the same errors. All devices are affected. I would like to know how to fix this.

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue, I use only Azure AD, and have the same errors on 2 test machines I used for the base line.
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

I got the same error. Experience/Spotlight is because it needs Windows 10 Ent or Edu. The rest of the errors are a bug with Windows 10 Business. The DeviceHealthMonitor policy will not work as well, the same problem. Some other thread stated that Microsoft ack on the bug, but no fix yet.
Windows 10 Pro works just fine.

It seems my previous assumption was wrong. The Win10 Pro that worked is now showing up as Win10 Business and is still working. So the situation has changed. We have Win10 Business devices with the issue described here and some Win10 Business devices without the policy error.
Still unclear and can't find any clear documentation from Microsoft explaining the Windows 10 Business. As someone suggested in other posts, it's looking like Win10 Business is a Win10 Pro with a Microsoft Business Premium license applied from either Azure AD or Intune or the Office 365 installation.
The same devices that have the policy error also have the health monitor policy error, with the same error codes/types on the event viewer.

I'm getting the same errors on a Windows 10 Pro test machine (with Business Premium license). I tried disabling the specific baseline setting "errors" hoping the policy wouldn't enforce them, allowing the machine to be compliant with the baseline. So far no changes to the errors though.
