Microsoft Back Up Console doesnt open after running the MARS installer

Hi, After running the Mars Installer and you hit finish to launch the console it opens you see a mini set up looking for updates then it closes. Crash and error log files are generated in the Program files temp folder for the agent install. There are also entries in the event logs.

    @Rudi Pateluch Sorry for the painful experience!

    A very recent issue that I handled a week ago was resolved by downloading the latest version of MARS agent. I suggest you to download the MARS agent from this link - https://go.microsoft.com/fwLink/?LinkID=288905&clcid=0x0409 and see if that resolves the issue.
