Even though I deleted the terms of use from the Graph API application, it is not reflected on the consent screen.

In 'Branding & Properties' pane of the Graph API Application settings, I set the 'Terms of service URL' and 'Privacy statement URL' and confirmed that the links to these two URLs were displayed in the footer of the consent screen for users who use the API.
However, after deleting (leaving the form blank) only the 'Terms of service URL', the link to the terms of service does not disappear on consent screen footer.
How can I ensure that the link to the terms of service is not displayed?
