Why won't my organizations billable storage amount decrease?

My team cleaned up and deleted a lot of items from our artifact feed on Monday and our billable storage limit still hasn't updated despite documentation saying it could take up to 48 hours. By deleted I mean we deleted them from our feed and permanently deleted them from our feeds recycle bin.

Who can we reach out to or what can we do so that our billable storage amount will accurately reflect what is actually in our feed so we can push more NuGet packages?

EDIT: I might be searching for the wrong things for tags but I'm not seeing what I need. This is related to artifact feed billable storage on Azure DevOps.
