I hired a web design firm that built my Wordpress website using Azure App Services. They are offering to hand over their Azure Account that holds my website, but the account is bound to their credit card. They are asking for my credit card information, including the CVC code, to replace their credit card. I don't want to share my credit card information. Is there a way to transfer the website to my Azure account without exposing my credit card information?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Isaac Ho

Absolutely! You can migrate your website without needing their credit card details. Here's how:

Export your website: Use a plugin like "All-in-One WP Migration" to create a backup of your WordPress site (files & database).

Create your own Azure account (free tier available): Sign up for a free Azure account to host your website.

Import to your new account: Deploy a new WordPress app in your Azure account and import the backup you created in step 1.

This way, your website gets transferred and you manage billing on your own terms.
