I ’ve set up a rule in Outlook to automatically forward emails that are sent to me via Power Automate containing data from a SharePoint list using HTML table action. The emails are meant to be forwarded to some one outside my o365 organization i.e having hotmail and gmail email addresses. however I get error for the same.

Error: "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."

If I manually forward the same, it gets sent successfully.

Please let me know how can I resolve this

    Hi @Pushpanjay Umrao

According to your information above, you are using o365, and failed forwarding messages through outlook rule.

Could you please provide the complete NDR information here(note to remove personal information)

And we should first check whether the below feature is enabled

As an admin go to: https://protection.office.com/antispam
Open Outbound Spam fitler policy and click Edit policy, Set "Automatic forwardin" "ON"
