Why did my new azure account got restricted

I newly created an outlook account and registered for the azure free trial. After 2 days the azure account is restricted and showing some complex reason not allowing me to use the account. The message "Restricted Tenant"

    Based on this old thread, I think you need to reachi out to your admin in order to make the changes so you can login.

    Otherwise :

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try to log in again.
    2. Try logging in from a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.
    3. Check if your account has the necessary permissions to access the Azure resources. You can check this by going to the Azure portal and navigating to the subscription or resource group where you are trying to access the resources. Click on "Access control (IAM)" and then click on "Add". Select the "Owner" role from the list of available roles and add your account to the role.
    4. If the issue persists, you can try resetting your login token by following these steps:
      • Go to the Azure portal and click on your account name in the top right corner.
      • Click on "Sign out" to log out of your account.
      • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
      • Go to the Azure portal and try logging in again.
