Solved my issue.
Cannot add webpart Content Editor
Hello,
Using classic site collection cannot add new webpart "Content editor" to editform of any list. Multimedia and contents don't have "Content editor". Importing one of previous webparts leads to error that I cannot add / import webpart due to lack of permissions.
I am global admin on the whole site collection. A lot of others webparts are missing too.
What should I do? https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/157702-image.png?platform=QnA
Here how it looks like But even pages I could edit now uneditable.
