Hello,

I am reaching out with an urgent request for assistance in restoring data from our Microsoft SharePoint Online account. Here is a detailed account of the situation:

Due to poor email forwarding, I was unaware that my payments for the SharePoint Online license were being declined. Consequently, my SharePoint Online license expired without my knowledge. Despite the license being expired, my team continued to work, unaware of the issue.

I recently discovered that there is a 93-day period during which I could have renewed the license and regained access to our files. Unfortunately, the license expired on May 20th, 2024. On May 21st, 2024, all users lost access to the SharePoint files, and everything went dark.

Upon contacting Microsoft Customer Support, I was advised to create a new SharePoint site to check if I could access the files. Regrettably, the new site was empty. I also requested a server rollback within the 14-day period on May 30th, 2024, but this did not yield any results.

Despite being able to see the history of user edits and views, the actual documents are no longer accessible. The data stored in SharePoint is critical to my company, representing 8 years of work and approximately 300,000 euros. Losing this data would be catastrophic for us.

I am pleading for your help to restore this data. If there is any possibility of rolling back the server or retrieving the documents, I am more than willing to pay for this service. I can provide screenshots or any additional information required to facilitate this process.

Please, any assistance or guidance on how to proceed would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Hi @Reinis Rizao,

Since your issue relate to data in backend, and our forum can only have a limited impact on the backend. I would recommend you to continue contact Microsoft Customer Support. Or you could contact support in admin portal. Thanks for your understanding.
