I have upgrade machine from win 10 to 11, but found that WIFI and bluetooth not working. please assist

  • Upon connection, I navigated to Settings > Network & Internet and observed that "Wi-Fi" was absent.
  • Accessed Device Manager > Network adapters and noticed that the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 displayed a hazardous logo.
  • I proceeded to uninstall the driver and initiated a reboot.
  • Post-reboot, I expected Wi-Fi functionality to resume, but it remained unavailable.
  • Utilized Lenovo Advantage to search for any missing drivers, but confirmed that all device drivers are up to date.
  • I also checked the Wi-Fi driver's Version date, noting that its last update was in 2021.

    @TechUST Thanks for your update.

    In fact, if you didn't deploy any profile about WIfI and Bluetooth via intune, intune will do nothing to them. So, this issue seems more related to windows 11. Please refer to the following articles to try to fix this issue:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-bluetooth-problems-in-windows-723e092f-03fa-858b-5c80-131ec3fba75c

    At the same time, I will add "windows 11" tag. Hope the related support engineer will involve in this issue.
