Is it possible to calculate the percentage of completed video (viewed) by the user from the stream ?

    Stream integrates with SharePoint Online and works together. Per my understanding, from the point of view of SharePoint, the built-in function cannot meet the needs, you could refer to this article for more information about using Microsoft Stream web part for SharePoint Online.
