I have the same issues
Facing Technical Issue / Error while re-scheduling the Exam from Microsoft Portal
While re-scheduling Exam, I am getting page for "Transfer to Pearson Vue" and after submitting the details on page it's giving error "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support.". Due to this I am unable to re-schedule my exam within 24 hours prior to my scheduled exam.
Now, Pearson VUE Support Team is also NOT able to re-schedule it.
So need your assistance in re-scheduling the Exam, since I am unable to do it due to technical issues on Portal.
