Windows 10 cannot load user profile ad user profile

Question

We have been receiving "cannot load user profile"

I deleted the users' profiles from regedit and created a new profile. After a while the problem recurred.

I can't enter windows and advanced boot options not showing menu (only power off menu)

please give a solution
