I am in a Microsoft office 365 family plan. When I open my powerpoint in my onedrive folder, it always reminds me "We can`t upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired“. When I logged in, there was no change of my powerpoint. I tried the method to delete all the windows credentials, however, no change.

    Hi @JIE LIU

Did you mean that you have removed credentials related to OneDrive and Microsoft 365 apps as the link shown: signed out accounts in Microsoft desktop apps and remove credentials?

If yes, but this issue persists, please try other methods in the link above, such as: Unlink and relink OneDrive.

Besides, you may go to PowerPoint > Options > Save > Click "delete Cached files" for a check.
