Whatsapp Message Not delivered

I sent a whatsapp message using the Azure advanced Messaging, I got a 202 response code but the message wasn't delivered. Is there are restriction to region. I have a test number that the display name hasn't been review but the service assured me the message will be delivered nonetheless.

    Are you referring to this Azure doc for the steps? Advanced Messaging for WhatsApp in Azure Communication Services

    Typically, the 202 returned by the service means that your message was queued to be sent and not delivered.

    Advanced Messaging for WhatsApp is only available in the following Regions (doc).

    • Asia Pacific
    • Australia
    • Europe
    • United Kingdom
    • United States
