How can I prevent the "The attachment xxxx is open. Don't forget to save..." message from appearing in Outlook mail? Clicking OK every time is time-consuming, and it also disrupts my workflow.

    Hi @Adib Syahmi ,

Do you use some programmatic method to save the attachment? If you save it manually, will this problem occur?

Besides, run Outlook in safe mode to see if the problem can be reproduced:

here are the steps to run Outlook in safe mode:

    1. Right-click the Start button and click Run.
    2. Type Outlook.exe /safe in the box and click Ok.

If the problem does not exist in safe mode, it may be caused by some add-ins, and you may want to disable them one at a time to see which one is causing the issue.

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Click on File.
    3. Go to Options.
    4. Click on Add-ins.
    5. Then click Go in the Manage: COM Add-ins.
    6. Clear the checkbox if you see any add-ins, then disable them one at a time.
    7. Close the Outlook app and relaunch it.
