Unable to reactivate Subscription

Unable to reactivate subscription, it showed that we need to Settle Balance, but nothing need be settled as this message " You don't have any outstanding charges for VISA ********. If you recently made a payment, it may take up to 24 hours to be properly reflected."

Can someone help me to reactivate it?
