Removing Device from Intune Management
To remove the device from Intune management, follow these steps:
- Go to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) portal.
- Navigate to Devices > All devices.
- Find the device you want to remove from Intune management and click on the three dots next to it.
- Click Remove device.
- Confirm that you want to remove the device.
Granting Full Admin Access
To grant the user full admin access, you can try the following:
- In the MEM portal, go to Devices > All devices.
- Find the device and click on the three dots next to it.
- Click Edit.
- In the Device properties, scroll down to the User access section.
- Click on Edit user access.
- Select the user's account and click Save changes.
This should remove the device from Intune management and grant the user full admin access.
Uninstalling Applications
If you're unable to uninstall applications, try the following:
- Make sure that the user has admin privileges on their computer.
