We are not very clear about the relationship between you and your company. If you check this license terms => Visual Studio Community 2022, can you confirm whether you are an "organization" or an "enterprise"?
If you are an "organization", the license term "1. b vi" says:
If none of the above apply, and you are also not an enterprise (defined below), then up to 5 of your individual users can use the software concurrently to develop and test your applications.
If you are an "enterprise", as you are going to use VS Community to learn code, I guess the code/applications you write should be open source(can you confirm)? The license term "1. b vii" says:
If you are an enterprise, your employees and contractors may not use the software to develop or test your applications, except for: (i) open source;…
