Unable to access personnal Azure account

I am unable to Access my azure subscription. Receiving an error message about contacting my support person.

This is a personnal account and I have no-one to contact. Some years ago I did some freelance work for a company that no longer exists and they gave me access to their subscription during that work and I believe they had unpaid bills with Microsoft.

Is there anyway of getting access again? All support channels seem to require me to be logged in which I can't do.

    Thanks for your message.

    You are getting this error message because the account is signing in to that company's tenant.

    If it is a Microsoft account To solve this, open an incognito tab and try signing in freshly into your microsoft account using https://account.microsoft.com/account/manage-my-account

    For error reference, See: "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." error when signing in to Microsoft 365

    I was able to access my Tenant and Subscription by specifying it directly in the url.
