Authenticator doesn't work as admin, impossible to contact support. Completely at loss

I am the Microsoft 356 Admin for my organization. Following an automatic removal of the Microsoft Authenticator app after removing a business account from my iPhone, the Authenicator app does not work anymore for the admin account.

Since I (stupidly, I know now) didn't enable any other authentication methods, I can't login to my admin account anymore. Since I'm the admin, I can't contact a support function to reset my account.

I have tried and tried to reach the Microsoft Support, but it seems impossible. Calling only leads to a bot, which leads me to a site where I need to login with the admin account before being able to file a support file... There don't seem to be support emails.

Anyone any idea as how to handle this situation? It feels like a kafkaesque bureacracy. I am only posting this here because I tried everything I could possibly find.
