    I've checked the logs you provided. I searched for situations similar to your issue and made the following summary. You can according to the suggestions below to troubleshoot your issue!

    • It seems that all non-english operating systems are affected. Please refer to this thread and try to rename the ClusterResource if your system is like what he said.
    • Here is an issue like yours, you can check out the answer in it.
    • Some error messages in your logs make me confused. I think maybe some faults are beyond this SQL Server thread, I can only offer you support in SQL Server. You can add the tag Windows-Server-Clustering to the thread to get more help.
