I received the following response from technical support.
This is due to the gradual removal of functionality due to the deprecation of the "gpt-4-vision-preview" model.
It seems that this API cannot be used to check the valid state of a model.

Target API : https://learn.microsoft.com/ja-jp/rest/api/azureopenai/models/get?view=rest-azureopenai-2024-06-01&tabs=HTTP
Target region : japan-east
model-id : gpt-4-vision-preview
Although it exists with the model list API, it is not retrieved with the Get API.
It can be obtained using OpenAI company's API.
This seems to be a problem on the Azure side, so please check.
