I am currently experiencing issues after deploying an AI module into a web app. My Azure OpenAI setup includes private endpoints. The web app was tested with both public access and private endpoints. While I can view the chat box and send prompts, I consistently receive an error stating that public access is disabled and that I need to check the private endpoints.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and found a resolution?

as a second solution
When you use a private endpoint, your OpenAI service is no longer accessible via its public DNS name. You need to set up a private DNS resolution so your web app can resolve the OpenAI endpoint's private IP address within your virtual network.

- Are you trying to access an Azure OpenAi private endpoint from a VNET Integrated WebApp?
