I've been unable to sign in to my account since Monday.

I managed to sign in using myemail@domain.onmicrosoft.com on Monday, but this method failed on Tuesday.

I attempted to recover or create the account again, but both efforts were unsuccessful.

I've been using this account for 4 years and this is the first time I've encountered this issue.

I am using Azure and DevOps.

    Try using an incognito window/Private window and go to https://admin.microsoft.com or https://portal.office.com
