having a few problems with my 1 year old laptop recently. the problems vary a lot, they started as visual glitches witch i fixed with driver update. then a new driver came and i downloaded it but it didn't let me install it. then i got even more graphical issues. then recently when trying to use external keyboard and mouse with the computer on the tv via hdmi after a few hours of gameplay controls get buggy, the keyboard doesn't answer correctly to inputs until i try opening start menu with win key and then closing it after. after the closure of the game the pc slows down a lot like if it was still open and closing apps doesn't help. at that point my lmb and rmb switch and the computer goes so slow that i can't close opened apps. at that point i can only restart my pc witch i did as it seems to fix the problems that eventually come back. now after a reboot due to these problems my bluetooth headphone sounds warped and glitchy thing that doesn't happen when they are connected to my phone or when the pc is connected to other bluetooth speakers. i'm on windows 11

It seems like you are experiencing multiple issues with your laptop, including visual glitches, driver installation problems, and issues with external keyboard and mouse. Additionally, you are facing problems with Bluetooth headphones. These issues could be caused by a variety of factors, including outdated drivers, hardware issues, or software conflicts.

To troubleshoot these issues, you can try the following steps:

    • Update all drivers to their latest versions.
    • Disconnect all external devices and peripherals and check if the issues persist.
    • Check for any hardware issues by running hardware diagnostic tests.
    • Check for any software conflicts by performing a clean boot and testing the system.
    • Reset the Bluetooth settings and try connecting the headphones again.

If the issues persist, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a professional technician for further assistance.

     Hello,

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check to install the latest patches and updates in Windows Update to improve system compatibility and stability.
    2. Use the built-in Windows memory diagnostic tool CHKDSK to check for RAM problems, and the SFC tool to check for software conflicts and system file corruption.

Right-click the Start button and select Command Prompt (Administrator) to bring up the promoted command prompt. At the command prompt, run the following commands:

    sfc /scannow

    chkdsk /f /r

    Then restart the computer.

    1. Look for error messages in the application log and system log in the Event Viewer. Please enable the options below before viewing.

    Best regards

    Jacen
