We have migrated our application contents to DevOps from SharePoint 2010. We need to Import all the user stories we have in sharepoint to Azure DevOps . Can any one help me with a better way to go about this?

Azure DevOps is currently not supported in this Microsoft Q&A platform. You may ask Azure DevOps related questions in this developer community.
Also, added few sharepoint related tags office-sharepoint-server-administration and office-sharepoint-online so that sharepoint SME's would be able to help you.
