System got hang while take session on ms teams

one of the user facing issue with their teams when he took classes then around 100 of students are connected at that time of moment ,and while taking the class system got hang and this happens only when ms teams working , other then that system working fi

Have you tried to login Teams web client to see if this issue can be reproduced?

If there is no issue in Teams web client, we recommend you try to clear Teams client cache by following this article's steps.
