Where could the tenant have gone?

Today I couldn't use authorization via microsoft entra for my test application. got the error endpoints_resolution_error: Endpoints cannot be resolved.
after that, I went to the microsoft entra portal and on the Manage tenants, I didn't find my tenant.
What could have happened? I use a free subscription. everything has been working for 3-4 months and it broke today
