In the training for: Find and view dashboards and reports https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/explore-power-bi-service/5-lab-1 It says to sign in to: https://app.powerbi.com/ And download the app: Sales & Marketing There is no such app showing. Please assist.

Thank you very much for your efforts and answer. In addition to your answer, I was provided the following link:

Within that link, it states that to install the Sales and Marketing app, one must have the following type of Power BI account:

APPLIES TO: Power BI service for business users Power BI service for designers & developers Power BI Desktop Requires Pro or Premium license

I believe this is the reason I cannot locate the app, as I am using a free account for completing the training. My question is now, how can it be that I've set up a free account to do the training and it is not able to fulfill the needs of the training as one must have a Power BI service for designers & developers or a Pro or Premium license?

All I want to do is complete the Power BI training.

At this point I have the following Microsoft accounts:

cjhayes77@icloud.com

chayes7000@yahoo.com (these two are the same account)

chris@gawthorne.com

admin@gawthorne.com

c.hayes-2017@hull.ac.uk

maggie.mcgowan@email.com (my wife's account, we use it for MS Office on our Mac computers)

None will allow me to do the training.

Is there a way I can easily complete the training and have access to the app?

I have pro account and started a free trial, but still cannot find the sales and marketing app. I have tried pretty much everything you have suggested, but nothing. If this is purely for training and getting certified, why it is even restricted?
It benefits MS to have people doing certificates.
