How can I delete a Recovery Services Vault after it has had Immutability enabled and locked?

I would like to know the steps to remove a Recovery Services Vault after I have enabled Immutability and locked the Immutability (so it is irreversible). So assume that VM backups have been added to RSV and are successfully being backed up.

(Logically, I would assume that you would have to turn off soft delete, stop the backups for all VMs, and if you can't delete the backup data upon stopping, then wait until data retention policy has expired on all backups on the RSV. I would like for you to provide the steps and make clear what needs to be done to accomplish this.
